Meet our CEO and Founder, Dan Mian
Dan Mian is the CEO/Founder of Gradvance. He's also worked in Sales, Marketing and Operations at the UK’s largest tech company BT, coming from an ethnic minority background. He’s a Diversity & Inclusion advocate and was Comms Lead for BT’s Ethnic Diversity Network, leading culture-defining initiatives and Co-founder of non-for-profit Mixed Heritage Day. Dan creates career-focused content on LinkedIn, generating 9M+ views in 2021 and has been featured on LinkedIn News. He’s delivered 50+ workshops on Career Development, Personal Branding, Job Search and LinkedIn Strategies, Mindset and Mental Health and more. Gradvance was formed on the back of Dan’s experience after graduating from Loughborough University, with a lack of resources and guidance he was rejected from 50+ jobs. The following year, he adopted strategies to turn this around and landed job offers/interviews from his dream companies: BT, Vodafone, Virgin Media, Sky and Amazon.
